Job Summary

An American for-profit operator of health care facilities is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Payroll Accounting Analyst in Franklin, Tennessee.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Preparing and creating standard ad-hoc reports
  • Assisting in cost per check allocation to all facilities served
  • Working to identify, develop and maintain areas of automation of accounting processes

Position Requirements Include:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn the payroll accounting
  • Demonstrated expertise in PC-based software, especially spreadsheets
  • Deliver strong customer service to all customers
  • Three years relevant experience in payroll, accounting, reconciliation software
  • Must be intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Business Objects
