Job Summary

An IT services provider has a current position open for a Work from Home Trust and Safety Analyst.

Must be able to:

• Be in charge or aggregating and identifying fraud trends
• Recommend rule adjustments to minimize future losses and chargeback risk
• Partner with customer support teams to ensure resolve and clarify under the Trust & Safety wing

Required Skills:

• Ability to identify fraud trends and follow compliance guidelines
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
• Ability to complete daily and weekly reports of compliance issues
• Excellent people skills customer facing and internally
