Job Summary
A global manufacturer dedicated to developing innovative advanced cutting, gas control and specialty welding solutions is seeking a Telecommute Field Service Specialist in Phoenix, Arizona.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining manual and electronic records of installation and service trips
- Providing input to design and engineering process for system improvements
- Performing installations and retrofits of CNC controls, drives, and plasma cutting systems on robots, cutting tables and other fixed automation equipment
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of field and or factory experience in installation and troubleshooting of CNC controlled automated cutting systems, robotic and or other CNC related systems
- Knowledge of CNC nesting software and processes
- Knowledge of metal cutting and fabrication processes
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical test equipment including multi-meters, clamp meters, gauges, dial indicators and calipers
- MS Office suite, Go to Meeting, Team Viewer with ability to comprehend new software programs
