Job Summary

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Participate in project team to identify appropriate direct solicitation candidates
- Coach and teach organization's board members and volunteers on the process and how to directly solicit gifts
- Participate in a portion of those solicitation calls to assist and support the solicitor as they make the ask
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of six to eight years of relevant work experience
- Must have experience with donor cultivation and solicitation, including experience coaching colleagues, staff or clients on how to directly solicit gifts
- Licensed to fundraise in state of Washington
- Basic computer skills
- Must be available to work or meet on evenings and weekends since nonprofit staffed primarily by volunteers who work full-time
