Job Summary

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Participate in project team to identify appropriate direct solicitation candidates
  • Coach and teach organization's board members and volunteers on the process and how to directly solicit gifts
  • Participate in a portion of those solicitation calls to assist and support the solicitor as they make the ask

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of six to eight years of relevant work experience
  • Must have experience with donor cultivation and solicitation, including experience coaching colleagues, staff or clients on how to directly solicit gifts
  • Licensed to fundraise in state of Washington
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be available to work or meet on evenings and weekends since nonprofit staffed primarily by volunteers who work full-time
