Job Summary
A diversified managed healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Provider Data Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Database maintenance, reporting and extracting data for various reports and analyses, initiating database improvement
- Support team members with difficult / complex issues, directly interact with customers, and participate on interdepartmental calls
- Using pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma/GED
- Two years of customer response/customer service experience
- Two years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Access
- One year NDB experience-preference with BSARS (4 & 7 Screens)
