- Design and implement programs to build and nurture positive relationships between the health plan, providers (physician, hospital, ancillary, etc.), and practice managers
- Implement strategies relating to the development and management of a provider network
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to travel 70% of the time in South Texas
- Live near one of the listed cities: McAllen, TX, Mission, TX, Edinburg, TX, Pharr, TX, Alton, TX, Donna, TX, Harlingen, TX, Houston, TX or Laredo, TX
- Two or more years of Medicaid experience
- Two or more years of Provider Relations and/or Provider Network experience
- Two or more years of experience with Provider Claims resolution
