Job Summary

A leading financial services group has an open position for a Telecommute Regional Marketing Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Consulting with select TPAs to create an annual business plan based on a needs assessment of operational efficiency, training and marketing activities
  • Assisting the TPA in the development of their practice by consulting on such things as best practices, mergers and acquisitions and business development opportunities
  • Ensuring that the TPA firm has a thorough understanding of company service processes, tools and technology

Required Skills:

  • University Degree
  • 5+ years experience working in a TPA firm or qualified retirement plan environment
  • Thorough understanding of TPA business models, processes, distribution channels, products and systems
