Job Summary

A company that serves, supports, and advocates for Massachusetts charter public schools is filling a position for a Telework Managing Director in Hudson, Massachusetts.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Creating a statewide charter school specialists network, a centralized solution to locating, screening, and contracting with specialists who will serve charter school students with disabilities and English language learners
• Delivering intensive embedded professional development and on-site coaching to support charter schools in delivering a continuum of high quality services to all students, including students with disabilities and English language learners
• Overseeing and evaluating of program staff, budget and other operational aspects of this statewide initiative, including financial modeling

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Proven expertise in start-up phase of organizational/program development in the education sector
• Knowledge about K-12 education practice, including best practices serving high needs students
• Skilled at building collaboration among a diverse range of stakeholders with unique needs and goals
