Job Summary
A leading independent provider of enterprise software support services is in need of a Telework PeopleSoft Technical Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Troubleshooting technical issues with the PeopleSoft Webservers, Process Scheduler, App Server and Database server
- Reviewing trace files and research root causes for application failures
- Troubleshooting and identifying the root cause for various application issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- Degree in Computer Science or Business
- Ten years with PeopleSoft Administration and or Architecture or relevant PeopleSoft experience
- Multiple full implementation life-cycle experience, configuration and administration of the application
