Job Summary
A leader in human capital management solutions is filling a position for a Remote Senior Sales Training Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Create a development plan for assigned North America sales job family(ies)
- Being involved in helping determine training strategy, as well as be responsible for the appropriate mechanism for disseminating training to the field based on budget, content and timing
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work related experience
- 3+ years experience in training and/or instructional design; demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills, and 2+ years experience working with clients using multiple company products/services preferred
- Ability to design and develop instructional materials and courses, to write clearly concerning technical concepts, and to organize content/material in a manner which facilitates learning and mastery
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a fast paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Expert knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Familiarity with various software to support in the development of online training resources (i.e., Learning Management System and other training delivery technology platforms) preferred
- Must have a valid drivers license
