Job Summary

A diversified managed healthcare company has an open position for a Virtual Facets Benefit Configuration Analyst in the U.S.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Implementing the benefit structure for new or expanded Medicare and Medicaid state contracts
• Completing the development and loading of detailed benefit coverage for the FACETS software system

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years equivalent working experience required or an education level of at least a high school diploma/GED with 10 years of equivalent working experience
• 3+ years' experience with business systems analysis, claims or configuration
• 3+ years' experience with Facets software
• Advanced understanding and proficiency of relevant software applications (i.e., FACETS, Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Advanced knowledge of healthcare benefit principles, contracts and systems
