Job Summary
A health insurance and medical care provider needs applicants for an opening for a Work from Home Senior Provider Data Specialist-Auditor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting audits andproviding feedback to reduce errors and improve processes
- Maintaining inventory at established TATs, balance resources as necessary
- Managing and prioritizing assignments to ensure targets and deliverablesare met
Required Skills:
- High School diploma/GED
- Two years of Customer Response/Customer Service experience
- One year of experiencein tracking, trending and reporting on metrics
- Two years ofexperience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Access
- Two years NDB
