A leading enterprise for business process and document management needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Tier 1 Tech Support Agent.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting customers as a first point of contact and will be providing solution to their technical issues
  • Listening to customers and using your technical experience, passion and creativity to meet their needs
  • Providing customers with incredible customer service

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Technical aptitude and enjoy troubleshooting technology
  • Six months experience interacting with customers in some capacity
  • Understand the concepts of navigation, search engines, downloading music, and other web based applications
