A managed healthcare and insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Experience Measurement Strategic Insights Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders
• Lead the design, analysis, and communication of findings for experiential based surveys
• Use data to identify customer needs and opportunities to improve the customer experience

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years leading primary marketing research projects
• 3+ years of experience analyzing data
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
