A managed healthcare and insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Experience Measurement Strategic Insights Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders
- Lead the design, analysis, and communication of findings for experiential based surveys
- Use data to identify customer needs and opportunities to improve the customer experience
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years leading primary marketing research projects
- 3+ years of experience analyzing data
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
