Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to assist clients with the 1031 exchange process.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote exchange services by educating clients and referral sources on 1031 exchanges
• Structure and assemble client 1031 exchanges for processing by the Exchange Team
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system while adhering to procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Typically requires 2+ years of related 1031 exchange experience
• Working knowledge of business practices and key business drivers
• Ability to analyze moderately complex 1031 exchange problems and propose solutions
• Experience in explaining complex information clearly and straightforwardly
