Job Summary

A company is looking for a 1031 Exchange Inside Sales Representative to assist clients with the 1031 exchange process.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote exchange services and provide clients with 1031 exchange knowledge to ensure success and maximize revenue
• Structure and assemble client 1031 exchanges for processing by the Exchange Team
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system while following established procedures

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of business practices and integration within the organization
• Ability to analyze moderately complex 1031 exchange problems and propose solutions
• Experience in explaining complex 1031 exchange information clearly
