2nd Shift Janitorial Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of approximately nine janitorial staff, the full-time 2nd Shift Janitorial Supervisor will manage operations from 5 PM to 1:30 AM, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of assigned locations while performing hands-on janitorial tasks.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily janitorial operations and ensure adherence to cleanliness standards across office and manufacturing spaces
• Conduct routine inspections, manage work orders, and provide leadership and guidance to the janitorial team
• Perform janitorial tasks such as cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining equipment, while actively participating in the cleaning process

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Janitorial experience in both office and manufacturing environments
• Prior leadership or management experience
• Ability to read and understand detailed English instructions
• Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
