Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of 3(16) fiduciary clients, the full-time Retirement Plan Manager will oversee delegated fiduciary responsibilities, including contribution monitoring and compliance documentation, while collaborating with internal teams and participating in plan governance meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for fiduciary clients, managing contributions and participant notices
- Participate in regular governance meetings with plan sponsors and advisors to ensure compliance
- Assist with annual audit responses and maintain accurate recordkeeping for employee data
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5-7+ years of experience in qualified plan administration, compliance, or fiduciary management
- Demonstrated success managing 75-100 plans/relationships in a customer-driven environment
- Strong working knowledge of plan operations, compliance testing, and industry software
- Prior experience with a TPA or recordkeeper is preferred
