Job Summary

A company is looking for a 3(16) Consultant for a fully remote full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary contact for Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors regarding 3(16) responsibilities
• Creation and oversight of 3(16) annual letter and services completion
• Manage projects, deadlines, and tasks related to 3(16) plans

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, with 5 years of experience in the retirement industry preferred
• Associates in Business/Accounting preferred
• Experience in a retirement industry workflow system such as PensionPro
• Intermediate MS skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Accustomed to remote work environment and tools like Microsoft Teams and file-sharing applications
