Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret plan documents and ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
• Review compliance testing, contribution calculations, and Form 5500 prepared by the Bundled Recordkeeper
• Manage relationships with clients and ensure timely execution of plan corrections and compliance tasks

Required Qualifications and Education

• 3-5 years of experience in Defined Contribution retirement compliance and service
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• ASPPA designations are a plus or willingness to obtain them
• Knowledge of 3(16) Fiduciary Services is a plus
• Experience working from home if remote
