Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Main point of contact for clients and advisors, providing high-level service
Ensure timely feedback and resolution of client inquiries
Prepare and discuss compliance testing and government forms with clients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

5+ years of experience in defined contribution retirement compliance and service
Ability to manage a caseload of 55-65 defined contribution plans
Experience with Multiple Employer Plans (MEPs) preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and compliance software
Previous experience in a remote work environment
