Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time salaried 3(16) Fiduciary Services Manager will oversee the administration and fiduciary governance of retirement plan services, ensuring compliance with ERISA Section 3(16) while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team to ensure high performance and alignment with service standards
• Manage the delivery of 3(16) fiduciary services, ensuring compliance with defined processes and regulatory requirements
• Serve as the first point of escalation for client inquiries and operational issues, maintaining a high-quality client experience

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 5+ years of experience in client service or related functions
• 2+ years of people leadership experience in compliance or client-facing roles
• In-depth knowledge of ERISA regulations and retirement plan administration
• Experience in managing client retention and service delivery
• ASPPA/NIPA designations preferred or willingness to obtain within 1 year of hire
