3(16) Fiduciary Services Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 75-100 retirement plans, the full-time Relationship Manager in 3(16) Fiduciary Services will manage delegated fiduciary responsibilities, ensure compliance with ERISA requirements, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fiduciary responsibilities including contribution monitoring and compliance activities for retirement plans
• Lead fiduciary governance meetings with plan sponsors and financial advisors
• Respond to client and participant inquiries while maintaining high-quality service and documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5-7+ years of experience in retirement plan administration, compliance, or fiduciary services
• Strong knowledge of retirement plan operations and compliance requirements
• Experience with retirement industry platforms such as PensionPro or similar
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retirement plan reporting
