Job Summary
A company is looking for a 3(16) Administrator to provide operational support for retirement plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Review annual participant notices for accuracy regarding plan specifications and fees
- Monitor recordkeeper accounts and participant loans to ensure compliance and timely processing
- Prepare quarterly governance memos and distribute required communications to plan participants
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the retirement industry
- Direct client contact experience required
- 3(16) fiduciary services experience preferred
- Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
