Job Summary

A company is looking for a 3(16) Administrator to provide operational support for retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review annual participant notices for accuracy regarding plan specifications and fees
  • Monitor recordkeeper accounts and participant loans to ensure compliance and timely processing
  • Prepare quarterly governance memos and distribute required communications to plan participants
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the retirement industry
  • Direct client contact experience required
  • 3(16) fiduciary services experience preferred
  • Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
