Job Summary

Leading a team of 340B Account Managers and Coordinators, the full-time 340B Senior Manager, Account Management will ensure exceptional client service, strong relationships, and ongoing program optimization in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop the 340B Account Management team to drive performance and professional growth
  • Oversee a portfolio of 340B clients, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and successful program outcomes
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics related to service quality, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant healthcare experience
  • 7+ years in Account Management or client-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy services
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and performance
  • Strong knowledge of 340B program operations and client lifecycle management
  • Experience managing client escalations and complex stakeholder relationships
