Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare initiative, the full-time 340B Account Specialist will manage relationships with 340B qualified healthcare providers and contract pharmacies, ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional customer service in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive account management to help entities maintain compliant 340B programs
• Develop and implement communication plans that promote awareness of products and services to clients
• Analyze program performance and lead quarterly financial reports and audits to identify areas for improvement

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management within a 340B or healthcare setting
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of the 340B drug discount program and split-billing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong computer skills
• ACE certification preferred
