340B Analyst
Job Summary
Responsible for 340B compliance and program integrity, the full-time 340B Analyst will manage program operations, coordinate software maintenance, and support daily activities to ensure adherence to the 340B Drug Discount Program while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the 340B Drug Pricing Program and ensure compliance with HRSA requirements
- Create and maintain monthly reports on program metrics and financial savings, identifying areas for improvement
- Serve as the primary internal liaison for 340B program utilization and compliance, escalating issues as necessary
Required qualifications
- 2-year Associate's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Information Technology, Pharmacy, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience with pharmacy 340B required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- Advanced knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program and healthcare billing regulations
- Experience with Epic Electronic Health Record and 340B Split Billing Software preferred
