340B Certified Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance compliance and efficiency in the 340B program, the full-time remote 340B Certified Compliance Analyst will manage audits, develop corrective action plans, and serve as a subject matter expert on implementation projects while collaborating with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and perform complex audits to identify and resolve compliance gaps
• Evaluate audit findings and create action plans in collaboration with leadership
• Present compliance education and coordinate annual program audits with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 340B Apexus Certified Expert certification
• One year of direct 340B experience required
• Associate's degree with three years of pharmacy experience is acceptable
• Demonstrated analytical and presentation skills
