Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Strategic Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day resource allocation and employee development for the Strategic Account Executive team
• Drive execution of Protect, Expand, and Grow strategies, supporting cross-selling opportunities
• Monitor team KPIs and serve as a contact point for escalations and resolution planning

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in hospital & pharmacy IT, with 3 years in 340B involvement
• Minimum of 5 years in employee leadership, including management and coaching
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Information Management, Healthcare Information, Computing, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 340B Apexus Certified Expert certification or ability to obtain within one year of hire
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare environment and the 340B Program
