340B Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a 340B Analyst to manage compliance and program integrity within the 340B Drug Discount Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the 340B Drug Pricing Program and ensure compliance with HRSA requirements
• Provide training and support for pharmacy operations to maximize 340B compliance and savings
• Conduct internal audits and data analysis to identify risks and ensure adherence to regulations

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Information Technology, Pharmacy, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience with pharmacy 340B required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• Advanced knowledge of 340B Drug Pricing Program and healthcare billing regulations
• Experience with 340B Split Billing Software and/or manual 340B operations
