340B Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a 340B Audit & Compliance Analyst - Mixed-Use/Hospital Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops systems and processes to limit program liabilities and conducts audits to identify risks
• Reviews and monitors utilization records and 340B purchasing accounts for compliance
• Performs monthly compliance audits of pharmacies and eligibility to ensure adherence to regulations

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or Hospital Administration; or Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician; or High School Diploma with two years of healthcare experience
• Three years of healthcare, finance, or pharmacy experience
• Preferred: Bachelor degree in a related field or Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician with two years of experience
• Experience with the 340B Drug Pricing Program and data analysis
• Experience in hospital or retail pharmacy settings
