340B Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting daily operations and compliance activities, the full-time remote 340B Compliance Analyst will assist the System 340B Manager, lead 340B-related projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance program efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date policies and procedures on 340B purchasing processes and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance
• Develop and provide training on 340B quality assurance and inventory management for staff
• Create reports to track financial impacts and compliance metrics related to the 340B Program

Required qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field; Bachelor's preferred
• One to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with 340B program operations and compliance activities
• Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes
• Proficiency in data management tools, such as Excel
