Job Summary

Managing the 340B Compliance Program, the full-time salaried 340B Compliance Manager will ensure adherence to regulations, coordinate audits, develop policies and procedures, and oversee staff training, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the 340B Compliance team and manage all related policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Coordinate and conduct internal and external audits, focusing on compliance risks and generating corrective action plans
  • Maintain and enhance knowledge of 340B regulations and trends, ensuring continuous compliance across the organization
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Legal Studies, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in 340B compliance, with leadership experience in a healthcare setting
  • Professional certifications in compliance or pharmacy, such as Advanced 340B Operations Certificate or similar, are advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to identify compliance risks and manage multiple projects efficiently
