Job Summary

Leading the Implementation team, the full-time 340B Implementation Senior Manager will ensure the successful onboarding of new clients and oversee implementation projects while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Managers and Coordinators to drive performance and professional growth
• Oversee the full lifecycle of client onboarding, ensuring timely and scope-aligned implementations
• Establish and monitor performance metrics, focusing on timelines, quality, and client onboarding experience

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant healthcare experience
• 7+ years in implementation, onboarding, project management, or client-facing roles in healthcare or pharmacy services
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and delivery outcomes
• Strong understanding of 340B program setup and operational requirements
• Proven experience managing complex implementations or onboarding projects
