340B Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a 340B Operations and Client Manager, who will enhance operational efficiency and lead process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Lean/process improvement projects and analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies
• Facilitate strategic planning and track initiatives while ensuring stakeholder engagement
• Manage project portfolios, develop comprehensive plans, and oversee project execution to deliver high-quality solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, pharmacy, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects in a remote environment
• Progressive knowledge of pharmacy, dispensing systems, EMR, and 340B
• Ability to obtain Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt within 24 months
• Preferred: MBA/MHA or PharmD degree and PMP certification
