340B Program Analyst

Job Summary

Managing operational activities for the 340B Center of Excellence, the full-time Pharmacy 340B Analyst will perform internal audits, support implementation of new sites, and assist with database updates, all while working remotely within designated states.

Key responsibilities

• Perform recurring internal audits and oversight of 340B contract pharmacy programs and inpatient pharmacy programs
• Support the implementation of new child sites and contract pharmacies
• Monitor and audit state Medicaid claims to ensure compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Five years of experience in 340B program operations
• Advanced 340B Operations Certificate within 18 months of hire date - Apexus
• Ability to work remotely from designated states (MO, IL, OK, or WI)
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) for patient eligibility evaluation
