Job Summary

A company is looking for a 340B Program Manager responsible for managing the pharmacy 340B drug discount program.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage compliance with federal regulations and ensure accurate documentation for the 340B program
• Serve as the compliance expert and liaison with affiliated departments to maintain program integrity
• Lead the 340B oversight committee and engage with leadership on new process implementations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working in an FQHC 340B program
• Bachelor's degree required
• 340B University Training required; additional Apexus Certifications preferred
• Experience with EHR systems required; experience with eCW preferred
• Demonstrated team leadership in a 340B environment required
