Job Summary

Leading and managing customer plans in a home-based environment, the full-time Strategic Programs Manager will oversee a high-performing team to drive execution of growth strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and resource management for the assigned team, focusing on coaching and performance support
• Drive the execution of customer plans to support maintenance, expansion, and revenue growth objectives
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, leading resolution planning to enhance customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in hospital and pharmacy IT environments, with at least 3 years of direct involvement in the 340B Program
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, including management, coaching, and development responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Information Management, Healthcare Information, or a related field
• 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) certification or the ability to obtain it within one year of hire
• Strong independent work ethic with excellent problem-solving and change-management skills
