340B Program Manager

Job Summary

To support health system partners, the full-time remote 340B Program Manager will coordinate and advance initiatives related to the 340B drug pricing program, managing day-to-day operations and developing program strategies while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Advances 340B program optimization initiatives to ensure compliance and appropriate utilization
• Implements strategies for contract pharmacy and site-of-care medication administration, ensuring program objectives are met
• Coordinates the execution of 340B-related initiatives, developing project plans and performance reporting tools

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) credential or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire
• 3-4 years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, revenue cycle, or program coordination
• 2 years of experience in a 340B program or related pharmacy services environment
• Experience coordinating multi-step initiatives with defined timelines and cross-functional involvement
