340B Program Manager

Job Summary

To support health system partners, the full-time remote 340B Program Manager will coordinate and advance initiatives related to the 340B drug pricing program, manage program strategies, and prepare insights for partner engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Advances 340B program optimization initiatives to ensure appropriate utilization and compliance
• Coordinates end-to-end execution of 340B-related initiatives, ensuring timelines and program objectives are met
• Develops structured project plans and performance reporting to provide visibility into program progress and utilization trends

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) credential or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire
• 3-4 years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, revenue cycle, or program coordination
• 2 years of experience supporting or working within a 340B program or related pharmacy services environment
• Experience coordinating multi-step initiatives with defined timelines and cross-functional involvement
