340B Technical Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support the technical operations of the 340B platform, the full-time 340B Technical Operations Analyst will oversee system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily system performance across 340B platforms and supporting applications
• Identify, triage, and resolve system issues, outages, and performance degradation
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful data exchange and manage operational requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, data operations, or a related field
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL Server scripting, including querying and data validation
• Experience with data integrations, file processing, and ETL/ELT processes
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes
