Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional (360) Recruiter (100% Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle business development and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to support strategic hiring
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for direct hire professional positions, including candidate generation and offer negotiations

Required Qualifications

• Sales experience, preferably in staffing, with a focus on new account generation
• Direct hire recruiting experience, ideally with an executive search agency
• Professional placement experience in Engineering, Accounting and Finance, or General Business Services
• Proven ability to source talent and build a pipeline using various tools
• Experience in negotiating placement fees
