3D Architectural Visualization Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a talented team of 3D artists, the full-time salaried 3D Architectural Visualization Supervisor will oversee the production of high-quality virtual marketing assets for the homebuilding industry while fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the production and oversight of various 3D visualization and virtual experience projects
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of approximately 40 3D artists across multiple disciplines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on deliverables, timelines, and quality standards

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in 3D visualization or architectural visualization
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing production teams
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality architectural visualization work
• Advanced knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray and/or Corona, Unreal Engine, and Photoshop
• Demonstrated interest in exploring AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance workflows
