Job Summary

Seeking a passionate 3D Design Associate Director, the full-time remote role will manage multiple projects from concept to execution, creating engaging environments for a variety of experiential campaigns while collaborating with creative teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Work simultaneously on multiple projects, overseeing the entire design process from initial concept development through final execution
• Create and manage materials for client campaigns, ensuring professionalism in all outputs
• Collaborate on creative and production timelines to incorporate 3D design deliverables within overall project timelines

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in environmental, exhibit, or installation design within the experiential sector
• A strong portfolio showcasing capabilities in creating engaging environments through sketches, 3D models, and production drawings
• Proficiency in relevant design software and a keen understanding of current design trends and technologies
• Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism and translate feedback into finished designs
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, thriving in a deadline-driven environment
