3D Experiential Design Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a bold and ideas-driven 3D Experiential Design Manager for a short-term freelance opportunity, this role will manage the ideation and development of activation concepts for Kia's top-tier sports partnerships and live events, collaborating with clients and agency partners to deliver high-impact brand experiences remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creative development of activation concepts for Kia's NBA partnerships and events
• Collaborate with Kia and agency partners to ensure consistent brand representation in activations
• Design signage and materials for events, and provide 2D and 3D renders for client approval

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of agency experience as a graphic designer or art director
• Proven ability to develop concepts from ideation to execution
• Preferred experience in NBA/WNBA and arena display/activation
• Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign CS5 or above
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
