3D Modeling Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a large-scale architectural and environmental visualization project, the full-time fully remote Rhino 3D Modeling Supervisor will manage a team of 13-15 artists, focusing on asset tracking, file organization, and maintaining consistency across a multi-artist pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day modeling production and coordinate handoffs between teams
• Track asset progress, priorities, approvals, and deliveries while maintaining clean file structures
• Identify production bottlenecks and proactively solve workflow issues

Required qualifications

• Strong experience supervising or coordinating 3D modeling teams
• Proven ability to manage complex file ecosystems and multi-artist workflows
• Experience working in architectural visualization, themed entertainment, VFX, or related industries
• Strong understanding of 3D production pipelines and best practices
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
