Job Summary

A company is looking for a 3M Analyst to provide technical support for application software and electronic operating systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach operational and troubleshooting techniques for Radiology, Cardiology, Imaging, and 3rd Party systems
• Ensure stable operating platforms and maintain vendor relationships for software and hardware installations
• Support IT project implementations and develop action reports to identify trends

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of progressive healthcare experience, or relevant technical program graduate, or an Associate's Degree in a preferred field
• 3 years of progressive healthcare experience in clinical care and operations
• 2-3 years of experience in Information Technology/Technical Services/System Administration
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification required within 180 days
• Availability for call rotation, weekend shifts, and irregular shifts
