3PL Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a 3PL Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to drive value and client satisfaction
• Manage client accounts, including prospecting new customers and monitoring account health
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer requests are fulfilled and maintain revenue growth

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of logistics sales and operations experience
• 2+ years of brokerage / 3PL account management experience
• Experience managing multiple customers simultaneously
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
