3PL Network Operations Manager

Job Summary

Accountable for end-to-end operational performance, the full-time remote 3PL Network Operations Manager will oversee the North America warehousing and distribution network, ensuring compliance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness while driving continuous improvement across all third-party logistics providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end 3PL network performance, focusing on key service outcomes such as on-time shipping and inventory accuracy through KPI-based management
• Establish and govern standardized SOP frameworks across the 3PL network to ensure consistent execution of core processes
• Develop and manage warehouse capacity plans, identifying constraints and implementing strategies to support operational growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field required
• 7-10+ years of experience in warehousing/distribution operations with 3PL oversight preferred
• Demonstrated success in operating multi-site warehouse networks and improving inventory accuracy
• Strong capabilities in warehouse standard work, KPI management, and 3PL governance
• Working knowledge of WMS/SAP warehouse processes and EDI capabilities
