3PP Transactional Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a 3PP Transactional Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage work orders from Third-Party Portals and maintain accurate documentation in internal systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure accurate service completion reporting
• Produce regular reporting for assigned domains, customers, and portals

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related work experience in the Fire domain
• Proficient with JCI applications (Genesys and Oracle Ace)
• Skilled with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• High school diploma or equivalent
